The Learning Community

CEP students attend classes in a small learning community environment that is specifically designed to promote the academic, behavioral and social growth of each student.

Students are presented with appropriate grade level course content in English, math, science and social science in a traditional project-based teaching approach. Each CEP classroom in a learning community has a certified teacher and an instructional aide. The learning community is directed by a senior, certified teacher who coordinates the learning activities of all students.

A unique learning environment.

One classroom in a learning community is dedicated to improving each student’s foundational skills in reading and math.

CEP schools are based on Learning Communities.

Small class size means more interaction with students.
