Dropout Prenvention & Recovery Program
 |
 |
The Dropout Prevention and Recovery Program is designed for non-disruptive, over-age and credit-deficient 9th through 12th graders who have fallen behind in earning credits, are having difficulty passing state required tests and are at risk of dropping out of school.
Our instructional method utilizes a self-paced, teacher directed and technology-assisted approach that includes academic assessments and accelerated skills building in reading and math. Students also receive career and life skills counseling as well as employment preparation assistance.

Depending on the preferences of the school district partner, the Dropout Prevention and Recovery Program is often used as an alternative for students who have already dropped out of school to re-enroll in high school. This provides each student an opportunity to earn a high school diploma in a non-traditional environment that will meet their personal and academic needs.
The program’s flexible hours give students the opportunity to attend one of two daily sessions, giving each student time to balance their personal lives that often include family and employment responsibilities.
